1. Design T.O.S.

1.1 Redesigns

  • Redesigns are a-ok with me as long as the design is kept recognizable.

  • Please do not whitewash designs, remove mobility aids/disabilities or anything like that.

  • You're free to add the redesign creator as a designer on the character's toyhou.se page.

  • You're free to turn my one-offs into closed/open species designs or void my cs designs from the species

  • If you make a "twin" of my designs (aka a design that is barely different) they must be kept together. If not, I will take it as copying and selling my design and you will be blacklisted.

  • Please do not turn my one-offs into species.

1.2 Ownership

  • Owning my design gives you personal ownership rights. This means you can use the character as an OC, draw art of them, participate in ARPGs etc.

  • Owning my design does not give you commercial rights. (This includes using them in webtoons, as a vtuber, making merch with their design on it etc.) If you're interested in gaining commercial rights for my designs DM me.

  • Once the design is yours, it is yours. I will not take back designs.

1.3 Sale

  • If the character was obtained for free they may be traded or sold only if extra art is added (either by their owner or commissioned. Gift art or free art requests do not increase character value.)

  • If the character was traded for they may be traded, but id prefer they not be sold for real life currency before extra art is added (either by their owner or commissioned. Gift art or free art requests do not increase character value.)

  • If the character was sold they may be traded or sold for their original price unless extra art is added. (either by their owner or commissioned. Gift art or free art requests do not increase character value.)

1.4 Misc:

  • Please keep my designs on toyhou.se! Privatizing the designs profile is a-ok and although sending me a key is appreciated, it is not neccessary.

  • Drawing NSFW/fetish art is a-ok just please keep it legal and mark things properly on toyhou.se! Only 18+ persons may draw NSFW of my design.

  • Please do not use my designs to spread hate or make offensive content. If I find you doing so, i will blacklist you and make a public callout that shit is nasty dude.
